What is Route 83 Catalog Management?

Route 83 Catalog Management is part of the next generation of distribution-focused record labels. Route 83 Catalog Management was founded in June 2025 and is part of the XZ1 Recordings umbrella of companies. We focus on releasing archived/legacy music and/or re-issues and artist re-releases from previous distributors. We primarily onboard labels who outsource their legacy catalog to us for distribution. We also onboard artists who have had their catalog taken down by distributors or labels and we bring them back to streaming services with full master rights ownerships.

All artists and labels get access to XZ1 MUSIC PUBLISHING with fair royalty splits. You do need to sign an extra deal with us to access our publishing admin

Exclusive distribution deals

Our deals lock you into distributing with Route 83 Catalog Management However, we do not hold any master rights ownership or publishing rights ownerships and you can back out of your deal at any time
